Arnold provided exceptional customer service. First, he was on-time, clean and professional looking. Second, he showed me what the issue was with my heating unit and provided a quote on the spot. Third, he showed me the new and old parts next to each other, so I could really see the issue myself. Finally, he replaced the bad item and provided some additional maintenance tips to help me avoid unnecessary future calls.
